摘要：Latching means are provided for use in a test valve assembly and preferablycomprise a first rocker section carryable with an upper conduit portion. A second rockersection is carryable with a second conduit portion. Lock means have a recess contouredfor securement over the rocker sections and are manipulatable over the first and secondrocker sections to locked and unlocked positions. Shiftable means are carried across thelocked means to a first position whereby the lock means are engaged over the rockersections and the conduit portions are secured together. The shiftable means are movedto a second position whereby the lock means are disengaged from the second rockersection and the conduit portions are in disengaged position. Second lock means also areprovided for additional securement. First and second ball valve elements are shiftablebetween fully open and fully closed positions, one of the valve elements beingmanipulated from fully closed position to fully open position prior to the other of saidvalve elements being manipulated from fully closed position, and vice versa. The ballvalves in the apparatus are provided in a cartridge assembly for unitized insertion andremoval from within the apparatus.
