摘要：A method for driving a vehicle which has a gearbox connected to a combustionengine and the gearbox is capable of being set to a number of different transmissionratios in order to deliver motive force to a driveshaft for propulsion of the vehicle. The

vehicle is arranged for driving in at least a first mode and a second mode, such that in thefirst mode the gearbox is switched to a low transmission ratio and in the second modethe combustion engine is disconnected from the at least one driveshaft. When the vehicleis being driven in a situation where there is or will within a specific time be a reduced needfor motive force for the vehicle, the method determines whether the vehicle should bedriven according to the first mode or the second mode, on the basis of an ambientparameter.
