摘要：A scan conversion electron tube is disclosed for converting one type of rasterscan to another with a destructive readout, thereby to allow only a limited number ofreadout scans. The tube is an elongated envelope having a writing gun on one sidethereof and a reading gun at the other side with an improved storage target disposedintermediate the guns that possesses a dielectric relaxation time of the order of onesecond, thereby enabling the tube to operate at a write scan rate of from 10-30frames/second.
