For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. ---Matthew7:2

This is not a random guess, but God’s eternal law. How you judge a man, you will get the same in return. Revenge is different with retribution. Jesus said life is based on retribution. Man will measure you by using the measure used by you. And if you find fault with others, so that shall it be with you. You get back what you give. This law is given by the throne of God. (Ps.18:25-26) Romans chapter two is even more positive about this law. The chapter mentions that when a man criticizes others, he is committing the same sin. God looks not only at what is going on outside, but also at what is going on inside. First, we don’t believe the bible. Do we believe that what we criticize other is our own sin? The reason why we can see the hypocrisy, fraud and fakery of others is that we have these things in ourselves. Humility is the hallmark of the saints— “Yes, but for God’s grace, these things or other sins would have happened to me, so I have no right to judge.”

Jesus said to them, “do not judge, or you will be judged.” If you judge, God will measure you as you judge. Who can say to God, “My God, judge me as I judge others.” When we judge others sinners, if God judges us through the same way, we would already be in hell. However, we are judged through the wonderful redemption of Jesus Christ.

Dear God, I would be satisfied if I could only taste your spirit blowing like the wind and be driven or awakened or set free or moved.
