每周一签-Hotpot

Today, I studied on the app and learned some new words and phrases. So let me write something about these.

I learned about the hotpot. IT refresh some memories of me.  Everytime when there is something big, my husbands 'family will eat hotpot at home.  Because its easy to prepare and not expensive.ヽ(￣ω￣(￣ω￣〃)ゝ

"Hotpot? "

"Yeah "

"Okay, I 'll go get some in the market. "

Usually we get some fresh leaf vegetables and sliced meat from the market. There are some classic stuffs  to go with Hotpot. For the vegetables and things to dump in  the pot , we usually have Chinese cabbage, potato, lettuce, tofu, tofu skin, noodles, fish ball, shrimp ball, etc.

And when we get home, some people just wash the vegetables and do some dicing work. Then the others will prepare the dipping sauce. They put the peanut sauce, vinegar, salt Together to make the dipping sauce. When the sauce are ready, we will put the water,the necessary ingredients in the pot, and let the water boil,then its ready to put food in the broth and eat.

But for the spice -lovers they prefer the mouth numbing spicy broth and for me I rather like the non spicy broth.
