摘要：In textile-making process a staple fibre and aggregated random fibres form aconsolidated fleece in which the random fibres are positioned principally on one side. Thefleece face in contact with the base layer, is the obverse of the main random fibre face.Fleece is sewn to the base layer and forms the top layer. The top staple fibre layer ispolypropylene, polyester, polyamide or viscous fibre. In a process to make a textile panel(6), an essentially non-patterned irregular exposed top layer of fabric (1) is sewn onto abase (7) layer. The top layer consists of staple fibre (2) with numerous random fibres (3, 4,5) of either pre-determined or different geometrical arrangement differing in color andfibre condition from the base layer. The fleece (1) is made by an aerodynamic process inwhich the staple fibre and random fibres are transported by an airflow and impact upon aperforated collector plate. The staple fibre is presented in loose condition and

aerodynamically pre-mixed with loose random fibres. The fleece (1) is consolidated by amechanical, thermal or chemical process.
