规范TENSOR27 红外光谱仪的操作和维护规程,保证检测工作顺利进行。

To define procedures for operation and maintenance of FT-IR spectrometer Tensor 27, and to ensure the test work run well.

2. 范围和职责/SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

本规程适用于TENSOR27 红外光谱仪的使用操作与日常维护。

This procedure is applicable to daily operation and maintenance of FT-IR spectrometer Tensor 27.

所有使用TENSOR27 红外光谱仪的人员必须经本SOP培训,按照标准操作程序进行操作。质量保证部负责监督本SOP的执行。

Personnel using FT-IR spectrometer Tensor 27 should be well trained and strictly follow the SOP. It is the responsibility of Quality Assurance to supervise the execution of the SOP. 3. 操作/ OPERATION: 3.1 打开仪器背后的电源,等待“Status”灯变绿。仪器加电后至少要等待10 分钟,等电子部分和光

源稳定后,才能进行测量。

Open the power behind the instrument and wait for the “Status” light on the panel turns green. The instrument should be stabilized for at least 10 minutes before measuring samples. 3.2 打开电脑,双击桌面上的OPUS 图标打开软件。

Open the computer. Double click the icon of OPUS on the desktop to open the software.

3.3 在登录窗口从下拉列表中选出你的用户名, 然后输入密码。如果是第一次运行OPUS,用户名

下拉表中Default 和Administrator 可任选一个, 在密码字段输入OPUS,要用大写

The Login dialog box opens. Select your User ID from the drop-down list and input the password. If you use OPUS for the first time, the User ID drop-down list includes the two pre-defined user records Default and Administrator. Select either one of them.。Enter OPUS in the Password entry field. 3.4 选择标准“Default.ows”工作台设置。单击登录按钮,出现“关于 OPUS” 窗口。

Sellect the standard Default.ows workspace. Click on the Login button and the About OPUS window opens.

3.5 在Measurement (测量)对话框中点击 Advanced (高级),在这个页面中再点击“Load (载入)”读取

一个测量参数文件(例如c:\\program files\\opus\\xpm\\MIR_TR.XPM文件)。选择自动保存的路径,改变保存路径时,必需确认该路径是否已经存在。

Click on the Advanced tab in the Measurement dialog box., you can click “Load” button to load an XPM file(etc,c:\\program files\\opus\\xpm\\MIR_TR.XPM). It is also possible to enter the data path defined for the automatic storing of the measurement. If you change this path, make sure that it does exist.

3.6 在第一次测量之前,正确的干涉峰的位置必须确定并且储存下来。在Measurement (测量)对话

框,点击Check Signal (检查信号),点击Interferogram (干涉图),显示干涉图。如果没有看到干涉图,可以通过移动扫描区域(Scan Range),向左或向右移动来寻找干涉峰。一旦找到干涉峰,点击Save Peak Position (保存峰位置), 将干涉峰的位置储存下来。

Interferogram option button. If no interferogram peak is displayed, you can move the scan region to the left or right using the arrow buttons to find the peak. Once the interferogram peak has been found, its position MUST be stored by clicking on the Save Peak Position button.

3.7 确定样品腔内无其他物品后,进入Basic (基本) 页面,点击Collect Background (收集背景)按钮

即可采集背景谱。

To start the background measurement, select the Basic tab and click on the Background Single Channel button. Before that, make it sure that there is nothing in sample compartment.

3.8 采集背景光谱后,将测试样品放置在光路中,你可以输入样品名、样品形态,所有这些信息将

与谱图一起储存在谱图文件中。点击Collect Sample(测量样品)。测量对话窗口即消失,并进入谱图窗口。从OPUS 软件的底部可以看到测量的进程,测量结束后,谱图会显示在谱图窗口。Having measured the background spectrum, place the sample into the optical path. Enter the Sample Name and define the Sample Form in the Basic tab. This information will be stored together with your spectrum. Click on the Sample Single Channel buttonto start measurement. The Measurement Dialog Box is closed and the spectrum window displayed. Once again, you can monitor the progress of your measurement on the status bar at the bottom of the OPUS window. Having finished the measurement, the measured spectrum will be displayed in the spectrum window. 3.9 图谱处理/Manipulate a spectrum:

从File(文件) 菜单中选择Load File(载入文件), 载入需要处理的图谱文件。用处理命令对图谱进行处理。完成后将图谱文件保存为其他名字。

Load the spectrum file(s) to be manipulated by clicking on the Load File command in the File menu. Use different manipulation command to modify the spectra. Save the modified spectra file with a different name.

3.10 打印图谱/Print the Spectrum

在打印菜单中选择Print Spectra(打印图谱)。在对话框中选中处理好的图谱。单击Change Layout (更改布局),选择打印模板。然后按Print开始打印。

Select the Print Spectra command from the Print menu. Drag & drop the respective spectrum from the OPUS browser window into the File(s) to Plot selection field. Click on the Change Layout button to select a plot layout. Click on the Print button to start printing.

3.11 样品测定完毕,移走样品仓中的样品,确保样品仓清洁。按仪器后侧电源开关,关闭仪器, 最

后关计算机。

After the measurement of samples, remove the sample in the sample compartment and ensure the compartment is clean. Press the power button OFF behind the instrument to shut off the instrument. Turn off the computer

4. 保养/MAINTENANCE:

4.1 仪器样品腔内应常年放一杯变色硅胶,使样品腔保持干燥。至少每两周观察一次颜色,颜色由

蓝色变成红色时要及时更换。

Always place a beaker filled with colour desiccant in the sample compartment to keep it dry. Check the colour of desiccant every two weeks. When it turns from blue to red, replace it immediately.

4.2 仪器长时间不用时,至少每两周要打开仪器的电源,观察仪器面板上右上角上的湿度指示灯,

如果I变成红色,则需要更换干涉仪腔体里的干燥剂。干燥剂再生时应在150℃下干燥24小时以上。(注意:千万不能连干燥管一起放到烘箱烘干。)

If the instrument is not used for a long time, turn the power on at least every two weeks. Check the humidity indicator on the spectrometer top side light. If it turns red, replace the desiccant cartridge in the interferometer compartment. The desiccant can be regenerated by heating in the oven for at least 24 hours at 150℃. (Note: The cartridge cannot be heated with the desiccant in the oven.)
