建筑室内设计岗位职责

　　岗位职责

　　1.绘製荣鼎学校建築和室内设计的总体佈局或概念方案;

　　2.审核设计单位提供的各专业概念设计、方案、初步设计、施工图档，提供修订意见、向公司管理层彙报、调整修订设计、或/并组织设计单位完善设计成果;

　　3.组织必要的'图纸会审、方案论證;

　　4.审核材料样板;

　　5.组织招投标工作，审核招、投标工作的相关技术资料等;

　　6.解决施工现场的技术问题;

　　7.不定期对施工现场进行检查，随时监控工程品质，发现问题及时召集相关人员进行处理;

　　8.组织交竣工验收;

　　job requirements:

　　1. must have overseas study or work experience or foreign-capital enterprise work experience referred;

　　2. bachelor degree or above，major in architecture or interior design，working experience: more than 2 years;

　　3. have a good understanding of architectural design，interior design and other professional drawings;

　　4. familiar with using various software，such as sketchup，autocad，photoshop，etc.，with revit experience is preferred;

　　5. strong communication and coordination skills;

　　6. familiar with national and local laws，regulations and policies in mainland;

　　7. will often work in cities in mainland china.

　　职位要求

　　1.必须有海外留学或工作经验或外企的工作经验;

　　2.大学本科及以上学历，建築学或室内设计专业，工作2年以上;

　　3.对建築设计，室内设计和其他专业图纸有良好的理解能力;

　　4.思路清晰，有较强的沟通协调能力;

　　5.熟悉国家和地方的相关法律，法规，政策及行业规範;

　　6.熟练使用各种绘图软体，如sketchup，autocad，photoshop等，有revit经验者为佳;

　　7.会经常在内地城市工作。
